2010 Sauvignon Blanc
2010 gave us a cool growing season resulting in even more crisp acidity levels and bright fruit flavors than a typical Washington vintage for white grapes. The Artz Vineyard on Red Mountain is in a warmer region infusing the grapes with wonderful full bodied tropical tones, while Stillwater Creek Vineyard has a cooler climate giving the wine more classic notes such as grapefruit, green apple and star anise. Together, they make a wonderful, balanced combination.
The aromas are floral and mouthwatering, layered with ripe melon, peach and subtle mineral notes. A hint of grapefruit, citrus and pear make a nice lingering finish. A great complement to seafood, chicken, or your favorite soft cheese.

Pale, bright straw. Aromas of lemon drop and ripe grapefruit, with a suggestion of more tropical fruits. Pure and fruity, with a touch of sweetness and impressive intensity to the flavors of tropical fruits, grapefruit and dusty herbs. Finishes perfumed and persistent, with good limey lift. A really excellent Washington State sauvignon.
